The Large upstairs dormer boasts a king sized bed, closets & dedicated work space. We just upgraded to Fiber internet speeds. There is also an unfinished bsmt w/ half bath and full sized washer / dryer. 2 car garage w/ remote. The full bath has a tub / shower combo, large vanity, sconce lighting, Circle mirror w/ hair dryer, cotton pads, body wash, shampoo, conditioner available for your use as well as clean white bath towels. Pots and pans available for use in kitchen as well as utensils. *On street, off street & garage parking available free. Located near the University of Toledo, Secor/Central Corridor & 10 minutes from Downtown Toledo. Regular grass mowing & snow removal are done automatically when needed.* Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early. Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day.
