This historic home is the most centrally located in Uptown Maumee. The "blue" side features fresh paint, plank floors, updated full kitchen w/ coffee, Brita pitcher, pots & pans, utensils, plates & more. The main floor has a half bath as well as washer/dryer. There is speedy wifi and a desk for working from home. The couch & chair in the living room fold out into beds. There is a 55 inch TCL Roku TV you can use our Sling Acct, or log in on your own streaming accounts.

Upstairs is all 3 beds and the full bath. There is new carpet & paint as well as ample lighting. The largest bedroom has a King bed w/ memory foam mattress, luggage rack, dresser & room darkening curtains/blinds. Bed #2 has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, closet w/ hangers, luggage rack, drawer night stands & blinds and room darkening curtains. Bed #3 has a twin memory foam bed w/ coves & hooks for storage as well as blinds and curtains.

*Please note: This home is an over 100 year old farmhouse. Ohio is a 4 season state. This home has baseboard heaters for heating and 3 window unit ac’s for cooling including 3 upstairs to service the 3 bedrooms. This home does NOT have central heating/cooling. If you’re looking for something in this location with central ac & heat please consider booking the Carriage House.

Regular grass mowing & snow removal are done automatically when needed.*

The full bath has a tub / shower combo, large vanity, sconce lighting, rectangular mirror w/ hair dryer, cotton pads, body wash, shampoo, conditioner available for your use as well as clean white bath towels.

*Off street parking is available for guests staying at the "blue" side. Guests are permitted to park on the right side of the driveway in front of the garage under the 134 sign. There is also street parking available. Please do not park on the left side of the garage as that is for another unit.

Toledo Art Museum, Toledo Zoo, Stranahan Theatre, Glass City Center & more are a 10-20 min drive.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early free of charge.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

There is free street parking around the home.

We are local and live in Maumee and are available for emergencies.

We always enjoy staying here. Megan makes sure you have the things you need so you don’t have to pack extra items . The house has a lot of room. The bedrooms are large . Neighbors great

This place was perfect for our stay visiting family! Walkable to all the delicious restaurants, ice cream, and the river. The neighborhood was quiet, the bedrooms were spacious, and the living spaces were huge! We felt right at home here and will stay again!
